Piha Construction is a local construction company based in the Ithaca, NY area, focused on residential framing, structural work, and residential carpentry. We work on new homes, additions, and renovations, bringing a careful, practical approach to every project. 

Much of our work involves framing and solving structural problems in the field. That experience shapes how we think about how a house is supported, how the work is sequenced, and the details that don’t always show up in photos, but matter long after the work is done.
